CANCELLATIONS
You may request a cancellation of your order within twelve hours of purchase.
RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all items except for: custom and/or personalized items, and items on sale or clearance.
If your order arrives damaged or otherwise not as described, please request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be received within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed instead of returns, for an item of equal or lesser value. The same time frames as returns apply to exchanges.
